my photography inspiration.

hello everyone! welcome back. this post is dedicated to the people that inspired me to start taking photos. most of these people i know in real life. my number one photography inspiration is my sister. she takes amazing photos and i want to be as good as her. most of her photos are taken outside. mostly of plants or animals. which is what i like to take photos of too. here is one of her photos.. this is my sister photography. as you can see it’s very similar to mine. we usually take photos together, i almost always take them on her phone because the camera is better. she misted this plant down with water before taking the photo. much like i did when i took a photo of the same plant (which was shown in my last blog) she used a macro lense which blurs the background so it’s more focused and detailed in the center. i love her style of photography and i love looking at the stuff she takes. another huge inspiration is my friend anna. her photography is fantastic and she can make the sim...

hello everyone!! welcome back. this is my second blog post ever. i’m still learning everything about it. i have a goal for this blog. to post as many pictures as i can. the pictures i had on my last post were my animals but i did not take them. my sister took the picture of my cat and my guinea pigs photo was off his adoption website. i am waiting until i get a better camera (right now all i have is my phone) but until then you’ll have to look at my low quality photos. but that’s okay. the photos i will be showing you today were taken from my phone and with a macro lense attached. the macro lense is very blurry until you get super close to something then it blurs the background and focuses on the center. i went outside one day to take some photos and i found a grasshopper so i used my macro lense to take pictures of it up close. if you don’t like huge bugs on your screen i’m sorry.  before i took this i misted the plant he was sitting on with water to make it look nicer. you can se...

all about me

hi! my name is madeline and this is my blog all about photography. i love taking pictures of all sorts of different things and i use special lenses that intensify the detail and it’s a very specific type of photography. there will be many pictures that go on this website (once i figure out how to do it properly) i will probably end up using this blog even after this blog unit is over because i am proud of my photography and the way i do it so i want to share that with the world. i would show you an example of my style of photography but i have to take some more before i do that :) i am really excited to write for this blog and share the pictures i take!! now let’s talk about me. i am a freshman at TRHS. i love taking pictures of everything even though i’m not that good at it, i still enjoy it. i am also an animal lover and you will be seeing a lot of pictures of my cat Oreo and my guinea pig Dublin and maybe even my fish Picasso.  this is my cat Oreo. she is around 6-7 years old ...
